What can I say? The hunt of the year and my car had to give me problem half way through! Got held back as the radiator boiled over and the mechanic had to wait for the engine to cool down before repairing my car. All in all, wasted one and a half hour of which, I could have won something should I not been held back by this stupid incident. High time to consider changing a car, no?
And same problem occured on my journey back. I had to make pit stop at most of the stop, just so that I do not burn my engine totally. A journey of 3 hours plus took more than 6 hours. Sheer waste of time. I am seriously going to look at cars brochure tomorrow.
Except for the glitches courtesy of my loyal but starting to get old car, I had quite a good time. Food was not so good though, but then, I still managed to down lots of it!! Couldn't imagine what shape I will be coming back with should the food good??
Anyway, the back is giving a bit of problem on Saturday but by Monday, I am pretty much alright, though, now, it felt a bit stiff, probably due to the 6 hours odd of sitting in the car.
Well, I better give my back a rest now, so, I will continue some update tomorrow. Ciao.

6 croaks:
eh...how come u didnt invite me for hunt d? =.="
Jamie...Sounds like the old car needs some TLC and matenance some people wait till the car brakes before fixing but some times just some preventative matance can give you more years out of a car! and some times you just Have to say goodbye for it never seems to end in fixing it! Good luck not the decision I would want to make but if you plan to tresure hunt and get around it may be time for a newer more comfertable car although it dose not mean you will have a better car at times!
hurley - it was a 3d2n hunt, and i went with my family (wife and kids) how to invite you leh?
jamie - the car (HONDA CRV) is a very good car, if possible, I don't want to change for at least another 2 - 3 years. but as in old people (like me), the mind could be willing but the body not.....
aiyoh :( bad timing to have a fit! how many years already your car uncle? considering now a lot of promotions going on for cars and if you're cash rich, you'll escape the hefty car loan interests! :)
hurley: u working leh, 3D2N don't work for people like us unlike people like uncle u know! haha
Jamie: a good maintenance can keep the car going yah? but not on cars like my boss. She keeps maintaining her Honda which costs like $$$ every month. It's already 18 years old now.
The Honda Executive range n number plate very beautiful to the chinese! 8282 (rich fast rich fast)
miu - ya lah, of all the days, it has to choose the day i am depending on it the most. it is called murphy's law, that is.
my car is older than my son in years, but i owned it since 2001, methinks. it's a perfectly good conditioned car, just that, being old, here and there will breakdown, more due to wear and tear rather than low quality like you know which car lah.
it was sort of like family outing also lah, since it is school holiday.
also, your hoss should change if it costs $$$ every month. mine only every now and then, especially if i go long distance. but then, i always drive fast during long distance, probably everything contributes to the "straw that broke the camel's back"
can always transfer the number what if buy new car. her car is older than my car!!! mine is 8998 (rich long-time, long-time rich???) hahahaha.
Jamie...My car is a 1974 which I have owned for years and years and my truck I bought new in 1999 the car I have had in storage for the last while when I was hurt but still have not got it out! but being a MG midget I will try and get it out next year and get it all ready for the road so your car is just a young car!
