I had postponed my normal, not so stressfull work-out for the past week. And for that same period of time, I have been eating a lot.
Consequences?
I gained about 3 kgs and the unsightly, unwanted, unwelcomed bulging tummy is showing sign of come a visiting again!! To make matter worse, my back is still stiff and I am not able to do anything heavy whatsoever, lest I aggravate the injury.
Life is always choices and consequences, no? Action and reaction? It is pretty frustrating, it is so hard to get a toned body, it is easier to lose weight than to get a build body. Hope I am okay tomorrow, able to prance about and go about doing my work and some workout.

Jamie...Take it easy do not try to do everything at once if you feel a bit better even if it is pulled muscles deepening on how bad you did it, a slow and steady is the best way to treat it take it from someone who knows all too well!

it is bad. made me think of how my late mom used to have this back pain and i couldn't sympathise with her at that time. guess i hadn't been a very good son....
Jamie...The problem is we can not walk a mile in anthers shoes if we could what humble people we would be!
